This is the third Zumex Speed juice machine that we have had within our outlets and when looking at any new site, this is one of the first pieces of externally supplied equipment that we look for. It is, in our opinion, a ‘crucial piece of equipment’ as it is used in all aspects of our business - on the shop floor for customer self service, in the juice bar and in both the kitchen and the restaurant.

We have been supplied and supported by Arancia Juicing for the last five years since we installed our first juice machine and we have always found them to be genuine, honest and have good integrity – they always go the extra mile for us. Arancia are always working hard to find the best solution for us as their customer.

Our customers love the machine as it provides an element of ‘theatre’ within our shops. Customers love to watch the machine pressing the fresh orange in front of their own eyes and it is very easy to operate from the customers’ perspective (even children, under supervision, can operate it without difficulty).

As our business operates 7 days a week over long hours, we keep a minimum of essential spare parts on site to ensure the machine has no downtime on busy weekends. Arancia have always ensured any replacement parts are with us by the next day wherever possible which is fantastic customer service in our opinion.

The Zumex Speed Self Service Podium juicer has now been in our Skipton store for 28 months and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the machine has pressed 1,126,068 oranges in this relatively short space of time during which the machine has not needed any attention either mechanically or electrically. This goes to show how strong and reliable the Zumex juice machines are.
